Common questions

3D sensors use stereo vision (two lenses) to build a depth map of the scene, making them resistant to shadows, reflective floors, and complex lighting. 2D sensors use a single camera and achieve high accuracy in stable lighting. For the highest precision — especially in airports, malls, and mixed lighting — 3D sensors are recommended.
Yes. All sensors process data entirely on-device. No video is stored or transmitted — only anonymised count numbers and flow data. There is no facial recognition or biometric processing, making them fully compliant with GDPR and most privacy regulations worldwide.
All sensors use Power over Ethernet (PoE), so a single standard network cable provides both power and data — no separate power supply required. Standard PoE switches are sufficient; no special hardware is needed.
Standard models cover 2.2–4.5 m retail ceilings. For high ceilings (6–15 m) such as airports and atriums, wide-coverage models are available. Share your ceiling height with us and we'll specify the exact model and quantity.
Yes. All sensors provide a REST API and support HTTP / FTP data push. Data can feed into our management server or any third-party dashboard, BI tool, ERP, or CRM system. We assist with integration during deployment.
A typical single-sensor installation takes under one hour — run the PoE cable, mount the sensor, connect to the network, and configure counting lines via the browser UI. Multi-sensor deployments across a large site typically take 1–3 days including calibration.
